We deliver tailor‑made lock solutions to match your unique business needs, covering specifications, appearances, materials and packaging. Below is our full‑step customization workflow for your reference.

**01 Understand Customization Requirements**
Our sales and technical team will communicate thoroughly with you to collect all your requirements, including product parameters, appearance style, material selection, logo printing, packaging demands, target‑market standards and expected lead‑time. We sort out every detail of your project.

**02 Get a quote**
Based on your full requirements, we calculate unit price, mould cost, sample cost, MOQ, production cycle and shipping options. A formal detailed quotation will be sent over for your review.

**03 Confirm Customization**
We go through all specifications, artwork, pricing and lead‑time together. Any adjustments can be made at this stage until all customization details are fully confirmed by both sides.

**04 Pay and Place Order**
Once everything is agreed, we issue the formal PI. You complete deposit payment and officially place the order to launch your custom project.

**05 Client approval**
Before physical sampling, we supply design mock‑ups, renderings or technical drawings for your review and written approval. All graphics, logos and texts need your confirmation to move forward.

**06 Product prototyping**
We proceed with prototype / pre‑production sample manufacturing according to the confirmed drawings. Finished samples will be tested internally, then photos, videos or physical samples will be sent to you for final validation.

**07 Manufacturing**
After you approve the pre‑production sample, mass‑production starts strictly following the confirmed sample standard. We carry out raw‑material inspection, in‑process production monitoring and finished‑goods quality checks through the whole manufacturing phase.

**08 Transaction completed**
All goods pass final inspection. We arrange packing and shipment as scheduled. After goods are delivered, your order transaction is finished. All relevant documents will be provided to you.

**09 After‑sales service**
Our service does not end with shipment. We keep follow‑up support for your order. If you have questions about installation, usage or follow‑up re‑order, our after‑sales team is ready to offer timely assistance. ### Important Customization Notes

Customizable items include product specifications, styles, colors, materials, logo printing and customized packaging.

Before any printing work, design mock‑ups will be submitted for your approval. After design is fully finalized, we will arrange pre‑production samples. Mass production will only start after your sample approval.
