Our SENDE R&D Lab is where product concepts turn into feasible lock‑mechanism solutions. Our engineers work on 3D modelling, structural simulation and mechanical optimization right at the workstation. We conduct detailed design for lock housing, internal core structure and component matching, evaluating material strength, assembly logic and anti‑theft performance in the early development phase. Every digital model will be iterated repeatedly before being turned into physical prototypes. This digital‑driven development workflow helps us avoid design defects, shorten development cycles and lay a solid engineering foundation for subsequent sampling, lab testing and mass‑production of bicycle and e‑bike locks.
